Pros

Wayfair gives you an agile, fast-paced, entrepreneurial "small company" feel with the benefits and resources of a large company. Lots of autonomy and challenging work everyday. Great people to work with!

Cons

Long lines to get into the office everyday but they're building additional staircases to help with the traffic.

snacks, work space, location, outings, parties

Cons

Don't get paid well for the amount of work people take on! There's so much turnover that i'm constantly training new people and not getting recognized for all the effort.
