Pros

*Friendly, inclusive and accommodating corporate casual call center. *Solid benefits from day one, including things like attorney coverage and free therapy visits. *Predictable reliable schedule. *If you do work in the offices, snacks, drinks and lunches are always available. *Floor management genuinely wants to be helpful and encouraging. *Work from home available for most roles. *Acceptable starting pay. *Advancement is achievable.

Cons

*Bonus is anemic and rarely attainable. *KPI's can change each quarter; it begins to feel more like playing a sport than doing a job. *One to three apps are always monitoring your status. These apps do not always talk to each other properly, resulting in unnecessary reprimand notifications throughout the day. *Attendance and adherence is rewarded and punished with points. Employees must be vigilant to often catch erroneously added points, and rectification can only happen through ticket communication. *Interdepartmental communication can be inefficient, resulting often in unsolved problems. *Small if nonexistent amounts of time to complete and absorb major training for specialized departments. *The feeling of being chained to your desk by a headphone cable, listening to your ninth person in a row demand to speak to a manager because their credenza hasn't arrived from California to New Jersey in two days "like our website promised." *Constant change is not constant improvement. *Midlevel departments shift and dissolve regularly.
