Pros

There are so many Pros to working here: - Career development (you have to drive 100% of this, but the opportunity is there) - Great benefits, including 66% tuition reimbursement, 3% full match to 401K when you contribute 5% - Remote working options - Some of the FUNNEST people you will ever work with; the term "WayFam" can be taken seriously

Cons

There are a lot of Cons that have emerged since the pandemic hit in March 2020. - General managers+ cause a lot of fires and misfires. It's incredibly hard to focus on any initiative when they're all changing without any communication to the teams that are directly impacted by it. - Additionally, there is little to no accountability in Operations at higher levels. Frontline managers have the hardest, most prescribed job in the entire company. - Support teams are fun to work on, but are hard when supporting the Operations organization since you essentially have to bend to their will, have little to no input, and are not seen as valuable, helpful, or recognized - Almost every change that has occurred since the pandemic hit has HURT the level of organizational trust vs. increased it. Compliance to all policies is watched like a hawk. General Cons: - Pay is low. The compensation model is NOT transparent (I am not even allowed to know where I am in my comp band, only if I have room to grow or not). At the L3 level, I am only making a little over $60k plus a 10% bonus and RSUs, but expected to know EVERYTHING about my job, the job functions I support so I can answer any and all questions, and all business changes. - You will develop more gray hairs here more than literally anywhere else.

Pros

Good benefits, hires people with little experience if they see potential, good way to enter into a new industry

Cons

Call themselves "Data-driven" but their data is inaccurate and inconsistent. Call themselves a tech company but most of our laptops and online tools are broken in one way or another. High turnover rate, emphasis given on hiring more but not on retaining the currently burnt-out workforce since that has historically been good enough. Overburdens you with work and doesn't understand why anonymous surveys always complain about work/life balance and burnout. Team directors will promise to improve things with less work but then add more work later on, doesn't like criticism even though they always ask for "open feedback".

Cons

So many rules/coachings so little pay! Management is terrible Pay structure is even worse! Hard to get in contact with anyone when you have issues with Check, hours etc. They screwed up my check 3xs! 1st time I got paid was 3wks after I started 2nd screw up I got retro paid 3rd time no one has corrected it, I resigned from the company and I still haven’t got paid! Reached out to TM with email and voicemails and no one has responded nor corrected their mistake! Basically worked there for free! Highly disappointed with the way things were handled
