Business Outlook
Pros
No pros. Recruiting team will make it seem so exciting to start! Training will not prepare you for the real experience on the calls. The company is very disorganized. Disappointed.
Cons
They have unobtainable metric goals. They try to sell you on a “bonus” if you meet these ridiculous numbers. So some agents will avoid reducing their numbers so the next agent has to pretty much take the wrath. Management is petty. If you are not liked you will get harassed each day making you hate each and every single hour you work there. They have “help desks” and “care” which do not help at all. All they say is to read the info hubs articles to find the solution (waste of time).
