Pros
There are very strong and hard working individual contributors that were a pleasure to work with. Company has a strong focus on customer and suppliers, a winning recipe for the industry.
Cons
Dysfunctional leadership, poor pay, unless you like politics and managing upwards awful career opportunities Company preached the mantra of "move fast its ok to break things" (but you will be yelled at). Planning, good engineering design, knowledge preservation were not considered valuable. Combined with the high attrition rate (the team I was with had a 100%+ yearly churn rate across all levels from engineers to associate director) had led to a platform that is comically bad in many areas with little to no ownership and subject area expert. Of course internally its heralded as "cutting edge" and "best in class"
