Pros

Work from home, able to work from home get to work all weekend.

Cons

Pay is so low it is sad. They said the commission would be 2-3k a month but it is not close. We are making $11,50 an hour and expected to work 7 days a werk, evenings with no support from management

Pros

Compensation is VERY generous, work-life balance is great. Can work from home whenever needed, for doctor's appointments or what not.

Cons

The barest minimum PTO. Only 6 paid holidays, and no sign from management that they're willing to budge on that. Communication is often poor between teams, leading to lots of lost time/unnecessary refactors which could've been avoided if requirements were properly hammered out before work started. Too many Project Managers muddying the waters, without soliciting engineering's feedback.

Pros

Nice break room, gives snacks?

Cons

If I could give Wayfair a negative number of stars, I would. I was promised many different promotions so I would remain complacent with my mediocre pay. They tell you there are tons of opportunities to advance, only to be told that the hiring manager 'was better friends with another person' so you don't get the job. (THIS REALLY HAPPENED). I was told by the first manager I had, that I took too much initiative and needed to 'stay in my lane.' Management used to make jokes that they would fire someone right before bonus checks were paid out, because Wayfair sneakily writes into the fine print of their employment contract, that even though you work all month making sales, you will NOT get your bonus if you are not employed with them on the day they pay out that check. My recommendation? Stay far far away.
