Cons
When they say jump, you say how high. That or enjoy the same position you entered in for years until your manager resigns before you and maybe you get their job. Your work load will engulf and dominate your mind. When you finish, you can prepare yourself to do more for your next assignment without any substantial appreciation or acknowledgment.
