As it has grown, I have seen a major decline in the company: 1) There is not much room to climb the ladder; they company prefers to hire externally. 2) Beware of travel. They will put you in some hotels that are shady at best. 3) They will work you to the bone (depending on the department), without compensating you at market value. 4) If you are forced to work over the weekend, you will not receive a compensation day or get paid overtime.

I was written up for having bordeline peumonia a sprained arm and i even had a doctors note. I was one of the best employees I only had one absence in 4 months then March came around and everything hit at once. I explained to my supervisor that i had a doctors note but he just said that they figure if your not at work then your not at work. When I was sick with the borderline Pneumonia i still came in to work and my supervisor told me to go home cause i looked horrible so I did and when i came back a week later with a doctors note I was written up and that same day I was written up my supervisor went home early because he was sick and hie didn't return for 4 days and he was always taking unplanned time off.
