Too competitive and co-workers are very unfriendly. Poor Management with responsibilities constantly changing. No structure. Wages very low for what they expect.

No job security, people are fired everyday for all sorts of reasons. Seemingly stupid reasons, while they hire new people who have to be re taught stuff you already knew and became proficient in. They tell workers everyday to report any injury no matter how minor. They make a SERIOUS point of this. I now realize it was because they use that to fire you later. I was fired for 2 incidents cutting my finger slightly and one for the first day of training where there was another non issue but I was still embarrassed, drug tested and breathalyzed. Wayfair is no better than Amazon, at least they are open about being terrible employers. Wayfair plays like they care and are such a great choice. When you get there, everyone's super clicky and management doesn't even introduce themselves, I didn't know my bosses for months, but we are a "team" 🤣. The pay sux for the work and the amount of money Wayfair makes pkus all the mandatoey overtine during peak season. I was literally told to re apply and come back in three months because I was a good worker 🤦. The only silver lining was I was about to be eligible for benfits in November and they were about to give us bonuses for the mandatory overtime, then they fired me out of left field after I reported sonething to the office. The same day. I have many theories as to why I was fired. They refuse to give me a writtwn reason and I was told by John the site coordinator that I woukd recieve an email that day which I still haven't recieved days later. Don't waste your time here.
