Pros

Free snacks. Relaxed dress code. Really young atmosphere - not really a pro but if you're looking for a call center type job and have no growth desire then it works for you. If you hit metrics your pay is OK. When you leave other employers think it's cool you worked there so they hire you.

Cons

Terrible pay. Strict metrics. Rude management. My review is based on working in a UT service center - I felt like I was treated like a child and everyone is constantly watched. Maybe I wasn't used to a call center environment but I hated it.

Free snacks and coffee. Cool location if you like shopping.

Cons

Be ready to work very hard with very low pay! Young and immature employees with attitudes. commute to Boston is terrible!
