      Pros

      The people I met there are great! However it's been a year since I worked there and majority of the people i met and the friends that I made no longer work at Wayfair.

      Cons

      Did not get paid enough at all. The department and management was very poor and disorganized. My manager had no clue what she was doing and it was kinda embarrassing to be on her team. My position was not clearly communicated to me before I took on the position. It was very vague. As a result I could only handle staying there for 5 months.

      Pros

      Great place to work in every way. The people are awesome, and the business is growing like gangbusters, creating a great culture and exciting environment. The place isn't full of big egos, so politics are minimal, and there is a lot of flexibility (not bureaucratic).

      Cons

      The overall pace and rate of change can be a bit much for some. There is so much happening, that communication can suffer a bit, though this is just a bi-product of a huge list of initiatives. Training and professional development take a backseat to all the growth-driving initiatives.

      Engaging and enthusiastic leadership team. Transparent work environments lead to sharing of ideas. Empowerment of employees at all levels with a great pride and sense of ownership in the company

      Cons

      Fast paced environment does leave those that can't perform behind. Just trying doesn't cut it
