      Pros

      Cool, young people to work with. Everyone is around the same age so a lot of camaraderie within many departments.

      Cons

      Lack of infrastructure to onboard employees leave employees feeling uncomfortable with role, or second guessing what they're doing. Pays significantly less than many comparable jobs.

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial, collaborative and fun place to work. With high growth comes many opportunities for career development and working with senior leadership. Good location, accessible to multiple forms of transportation. Great set of folks to work with - very smart, driven and easy to work with. Has been my favorite job thus far in my career.

      Cons

      Downsides could be an expensive commute to downtown, or working with a very young culture, if that's not amenable to what you are looking for.

      You are rewarded for hard work and have supportive management who will encourage you to grow and develop in your role. It's a sociable and relaxed office, nice co-workers. Good employee benefits

      Cons

      There can be a heavy workload and when the time calls for it you will be expected to stay late.
