Pros
Building location, gym discount and product discount. Conference room availability is better than most companies. Accessibility to public transportation is also better than most.
Cons
At a senior level, they don't provide laptops. It's pretty embarrassing/ confusing that a tech company requires its leaders to bring a pen and paper to transcribe notes in a meeting. Additionally, they do not offer any subsidies on mobile phone expense. Again, this is a company investing in its mobile capabilities. Even at my very first entry level job, I was given a laptop so I could take my work with me when need be and be productive in meetings. Very sad. Obviously, compensation is something every other review touched upon and it's all true. It's a deterrent for talent.
