Once you know what the working world is like, you'll realize Wayfair rules.
Pros
Overall great company. Well run at the highest level, insane amounts of intelligence surround you, lots of challenging work, new technologies, huge scale growth to work with, and great opportunities if you're willing to put in the hours. Equity benefits are meaningful now that the company has gone public.
Cons
You are definitely a cog in the machine. They move people around from team to team to fit their needs. Some people seem locked into work they're bored of, other people get moved out of work they were enjoying into something they don't. Overall they try to make people happy though. Biggest knock is really that the people who advance mainly seem to be the ones who work the most hours. Work a 60-70+ hour week and you'll advance if you can handle the job. If you work a 40 hour week you'll probably stagnate.
