      Pros

      This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. The staff is very supportive, always there to help and never with an attitude. They truly have an open door policy where you can talk to anyone at any level. The pay is very good and you can earn significant bonuses if you follow the process and use what they teach you in training.

      Cons

      I really dont have anything negative to say. Wayfair is going through a huge growth spurt and we have been short on the phones for a while now.

      Pros

      No micromanaging as long as you are doing your job. Free snacks and coffee and a fun atmosphere for the most part. Good benefits for Utah.

      Cons

      Dismal wage. They pay decent bonuses, but you MUST hit your bonus if you have any chance of actually paying your bills. Bonuses should be bonuses and not a wage, especially when they are based on quality which is completely subjective. Job can get boring, and there is no room for advancement. You are often expected to take on extra work and do new jobs with no extra pay. The software goes down a lot because it is very outdated, and they just keep bandaiding the problems rather than just investing the time and money to do it right and overhaul the entire system.
