Over my 3 years at Wayfair, I watched constant layoffs and restructuring. My last year there I had SEVEN different managers. It's impossible to get promoted, in calibrations everyone shuts down any promotions, because their team isn't getting promoted so its a constant tit-for-tat. Leadership is a mess, you will get thrown under the bus by managers who are constantly shifting roadmaps. Even if you perform well, you will not get a raise, just more responsibility. I would not recommend to anyone
