Employee Discount Location Some Thoughtful Perks I had a great manager (just got a new one - jury is still out) Lots of responsibility early on

Work life balance for engineering isn't great. Legacy systems and Dependencies break all the time. New engineering shift is causing a little bit of chaos sending everyone to the cloud on micro-services. (Which many engineers here out of college have not experienced) Compensation is at the very low end of market value My experience has been that teams are understaffed
