Don't Do It Unless You Don't Plan To Stay..

Pros

The salary and benefits are great. As a remote worker, although I did not live in Boston, I was paid the market salary for Boston.

Cons

Constantly worried about being laid off/fired. While at the company, there were 3 RIFs in 3 years. Too say my experience was stressful would be an understatement. There was no training. No one knows anything. Why? Because there is no sharing of information or training, therefore when they let go people, the information goes with them. However, they still expect for you to do their job, because they will not be filling it. No work/life balance for those in management. It seems as if they want a company filled with people fresh out of college vs a person who has more experience/older. The C-Suite can't be trusted, they say whatever they need to placate the employees and shareholders. They also seem to be out of touch with their employees. Don't believe me, just Google the CEO.

Pros

Compensation if you don’t consider over working. If you work in Engineering then you have a cool job and if you are remote you have the best otherwise you are in hell.

Cons

It’s a squid games in real life. The culture is pathetic. People are ready to stab you at the back at any moment. The leaders are always in rat race they smile and laugh to the face and be jerks behind the back.

Pros

The café is the best part about working here (workers only get a 10% discount). Met some cool people and networked with customers who work in the area.

Cons

Where do I begin? - pay is low and demands by management are HIGH - your scheduling will never be correct unless you keep nagging whoever makes them. - you will be penalized for taking PTO or sick days - management does not have loyalty to their employees, will fire you in a second even they become understaffed. - the only valid communication they have is through Google Forms.
