      Pros

      Very fast paced, lots of opportunity to test new ideas. Product managers are trusted to be the leaders of their space and are empowered to make decisions. Location is great, free snacks and booze, comfy office, very friendly people

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't seem to know what they're doing or how to prioritize. There's a lot of redundancy within roles and teams. The company is probably still too large. Salary is on the low side.
