Pros
Employee Discount is pretty nice but can be improved. Chill people on the team, 2-3 days in the office, given the newest tools to build software with.
Cons
Pay could be more competitive, and there are no end-of-year bonuses. Management is heavily pushing for increased output using AI tools, tracking performance through internal metrics that rely on arbitrary algorithms that track PR metrics. Trying to hit these fluctuating targets feels like the goalposts are constantly moving, driving a culture of burnout rather than sustainable growth.
