- LOW compensation, I'm talking $15k underpaid in the current Boston market - PMs really don't value the hard work and time put in by creative - Expectations to be a business leader are strangely high for designers - Your machine/Apple computer will only work 60% of the time because IT can't figure out the issue (whole company works on PCs) - Low mobility and ability to manage up
