      Ridiculous pay and benefits, and there are definitely smart people here!

      Cons

      So many fake reviews here. No one would really give five stars across the board. Do some digging and you’ll find more truthful ones. Waymo is not a bad place to work, but it is past its peak and moving slowly with no sense of direction.

      Misogynistic culture. Very little communication across functions. Unfortunately, also very bureaucratic. Some departments more toxic than others.

      -working on cool stuff -snacks and food -Being a full time employee nobody cares what I do. - became a level 40 pokemon go master - awesome bathroom stalls

      Cons

      - tvc's are treated worse than full time dogs - sometimes food sucks - people slip through the cracks
