      -Kind and super intelligent leaders and employees -Collaborative and respectful team members (not political, competitive, or hierarchical) -Strong company mission and values -Superb comp and benefits -Interesting work with a tangible impact

      Cons

      -Like most tech or growing companies, need to be able to adapt to changing/growing business needs (not a con for me, but may not be as rewarding for those seeking fixed job responsibilities/established processes rather than an opportunity to innovate and flex)

      Pros

      Waymo is an awesome company. They treat their employees well, the technology is awesome, and if you get a chance to ride in a driverless car (I did), it's incredible.

      Cons

      Like a lot of Bay Area companies, people work a lot.
