      Pros

      Google culture is rather nice. Able to work as many hours as necessary to get the job done (which often means less than 40). Remote onboarding process is handled effectively.

      Cons

      Nothing bad to say yet, though it seems some people do seem to have a bad WLB (not sure if voluntary), typically with team leads/managers.

      Coworkers are extremely kind and really know their stuff. Get to work on the latest technology. The company's mission is inspiring. Get to use Google's infrastructure.

      Cons

      Compensation is not really matching the industry for some Orgs within Waymo. Work life balance can be difficult to manage.
