      Converted Shopping malls do not make up for a conducive work environment 4 foot desks Noisy cluttered work environment Performance appraisal system is overly complex and too binary. It's nearly impossible to promote beyond level 5. HR team completely ineffective Seems to lack direction and schedule

      Contract positions, management not always working in tandem. Near the end of most workers contracts, they become bitter. lack of transparency from management.
