Great place to work as an engineer, due to the likely large impact of self driving on the world, the many cutting edge problems that need to be solved, many awesome colleagues, great software engineering tools and infrastructure shared with Google, healthy collaborations with other research teams within Alphabet, leading to a fast pace of innovation, particularly in AI.

Cons

I'd say we're experiencing some growing pains as we try to scale everything up.
