Ridiculous pay and benefits, and there are definitely smart people here!

Cons

So many fake reviews here. No one would really give five stars across the board. Do some digging and you’ll find more truthful ones. Waymo is not a bad place to work, but it is past its peak and moving slowly with no sense of direction.
