      Pros

      99% of co-workers are great people. Interesting projects. People do listen to what you have to say. Diverse company in terms of the work and project that are pursued.

      Cons

      Depending on the position you could be out of town for months at a time only coming home on weekends or maybe just Sundays. I spent over a year essentially living out of a suitcase and only being home on weekends.
