      Great people, company cares about their employees. I was a transitioning vet and didn't have experience but they gave me the opportunity. Great pay and benefits.

      no cons, left company to go back into the mechanical field

      This company offers great benefits to their employees. They share their success with their employees through great salary and added benefits other companies do not offer. They have great bonus program as well.

      Wonderful place to work with excellent people leading the company. Always have a clear vision of where they are headed.

      Cons

      Used to feel more like a family 10 years ago and I feel we are getting away from that.
