Focus seems to be on the wrong areas. The pay is changed constantly with no consistency from year to year. Advancement from within is almost non-existent. They always hire from outside for new management positions or newly created positions and pay them lots of money. While the employees who have been loyal for many years either constantly have pay cuts or ups and downs from year to year based on what way they decide to pay that year with very expensive benefits. Unless you work out of the main office then there is very little support.
