Great People, Bad Management and Pay

Pros

-Technicians and some higher ups currently there are great -Laid back environment -Decent benefits

Cons

-Production based pay( $7.22/hr and $9.75/house) for general pest control -You can't take vacation or holidays because you are paid base pay of $7.22 and expected to make up the work if you want to make that money -Size of the house or price or stop will not effect your pay -No pay for doing re services
