Pros

Atmosphere is nice Listens (unless it is something that costs, like realigning positions and actually paying a persons worth not some random non-existent title.) Offer some (highly limited) training If you're in need of a job and want to have some solid people this is the place. If on the other hand you want fair pay, good benefits, wfh, etc.; I highly advise elsewhere.

Cons

Pay is horrible. They make up titles to fit you in the lowest rung they can find. (i.e. Specialist Data Service Engineer DevOps NoSQL) is an actual role. What does that even mean? Benefits are okay at best. They have bent the knee to MAGA and right wingers by insisting on a return to office. This is to note, they just moved offices to a HIGHLY inconvenient area and an already incredibly high traffic situation which they decided to compound upon. This not only hurt employees but also neighbors in the area by drastically increasing traffic for a company that thrived during COVID.
