It became a toxic place, no leadership, current management is very inexperience, but still bullies the ones below them hoping to get things done that way.
I could name pros all day. Modern company, nice workspaces, almost everyone that I worked with was really excellent at their job and were glad to be there, company provided resources for pretty much anything I needed, was never micro-managed, could work from anywhere, direct management was really receptive to new ideas and would implement and act on ideas. The benefits were the best I've ever had. Even when they laid me off, they gave me a severance pay that was generous in my opinion.
Cons
Obviously the CEO went crazy, money issues, layoffs. I think they are turning the ship around, though.
