Impressive culture of gratitude, compassion and recognition. Genuine flexibility. Laid back and progressive work environment.

Cons

Disparate systems and teams within global hierachy. Period of significant structural turnover leading to sense to some sense of instability. Cost-cutting environment in the short to medium term. Progressive work environment may not be suitable for highly tradtional real estate professionals.
