Pros

Working on the Community team at WeWork is great. The team definitely embodies the company's values in everything that they do. Our days are filled with many opportunities to collaborate with other teammates, innovate and create a larger impact within the organization. We take care of each other, our support staff and our members.

Cons

You definitely have to be a morning person to work in Community because our days start quite early! Like in any other service/hospitality role - putting the member first often means that your day-to-day is unpredictable and sometimes difficult. Additionally, some of our locations are far to get to for a portfolio manager like myself but once the metro is fully constructed in Bangalore, this will be much easier.
