Pros

WeWork is a dream job for any go getter who loves helping people DO and find what they love. The pros are not only helping hundreds of people in their journey or starting, running and or growing their company, but you get to meet the most innovative and exciting people in the world while doing so. You are surrounded by motivated hustlers who keep you happy and motivated as well. I have never been upset to wake up and go to work! I can honestly say that!

Cons

WeWork is an ever growing, fast paced company. It's perfect for anyone who loves a quick environment and who is down for an exciting journey. WeWork is certainly non stop, but with that, you grow and learn so much as a professional as new curveballs are thrown your way every day, and with the help of your team all over the world, you can succeed in meeting those challenges!

Pros

-Many team members are working hard trying to hold onto what was good and support each other. - Most members have interesting businesses. - Free beer and food (for when you work 12-16hrs) - You can say you were a part of a international powerhouse (before it crashes) - Good career advancement (because of the high turnover lots of positions open up all the time)

Cons

-You will have to work 55-65 hours a week without lunch breaks, additional compensation, or even a thank you. - 10 hour days at the buildings and 3-4 nights a week for internal and external sales events. -Make no mistake - this is a corporate real estate sales job. They will feed you lines about a grand mission of the company but the only thing that drives decisions is making sure we hit sales goals and keep our high valuation. -Fear based management style where your job is threatened for infractions ranging from not hitting numbers, missing a number in a spreadsheet, or having an opinion -All departments are understaffed and overworked so it takes a long time to resolve issues. -The buildings are cheaply put together leaving major construction, operational, and maintenance issues for the Community Team to resolve. - Expanding too quickly so teams end up competing with each other which has shifted the dynamic of the entire team. Instead the team members have to protect their own butts. - very high turnover - Check out the multiple articles on lawsuits and financials to get a clearer picture of where this company is headed.

Pros

None, unless you're an alcoholic and like cheap free beer

Cons

The place is built on lies. Nobody cares about community that's just a smokescreen to get people in the door. All the jobs here are SALES jobs. You are responsible for achieving ridiculous targets and nobody cares how you get there. Many times I've been told by my "manager" to lie to clients walking through the door. There is no respect and no integrity. You will be yelled at for not meeting your goals, you will be called 20 times a day by your "manager" demanding an explanation why the daily target is not met yet and you will be fired on the spot.
