Not a good place to work anymore

Pros

This used to be an amazing place to work. Somethings have still remained great: There are still amazing people in the company and the offices are pretty and in good locations.

Cons

No job security- I have been through over 10 rounds of redundancies No clear guidance- I have worked under 7 or 8 different CEOs Disappearing perks Salaries don't reflect market value

Amazing people that are happy to help you grow. Good work/life balance Inclusive environment

Cons

Instability- In around 5 years I moved through 5 HQ locations, 6 CEOs and countless rounds of redundancies. Very corporate and profit centered rather than focusing on the people and the work culture.
