      Great potential but leadership never changes

      Can be a bad employee and not get fired or held accountable. Cool challenges and matrix org

      Cons

      Constant leadership changes still don’t make anything better. Over promise and under deliver. People feel no sense of culture anymore Big re orgs constantly and the wrong people are sent away. Finally left instead of doing nothing. Nothing to do.
