WeWork is a challenging company to work for, which has many positives - it will force you to hone and build your skills, learn resilience and how to adapt to changing priorities. The most amazing thing will undoubtedly be the people you work with. During my time, this meant working alongside and learning from some of the most talented and genuine people that have really added to my career and personal growth. They also truly believe in their D&I mission and enabling everyone to come to work as their full, authentic selves - which is rare, but phenomenal to see.

Cons

WeWork are a bit all over the place. They now focus on the main hubs, so if you work in a country outside of an HQ it's difficult to communicate your priorities. They're also incredibly sales and community focused, so if you work in a team outside of those, be prepared to always be second. I think dealing with attrition and constant changes of leadership and personnel is proving problematic for the company to redefine their internal culture and their direction.
