Pros

The people are the best! The culture is positive, fast-paced, empowering, and creative. I feel valued by my peers and leadership and have since day one. You have to be incredibly comfortable with ambiguity and change to succeed here.

Cons

Things change so fast here, there isn't always time to keep the documents up to date. Luckily, everyone is approachable and happy to answer questions, and point you in the right direction if they don't have the answer.

Pros

Chill workplace. Culture is good. Employee engagement.

Cons

Extremely nepotistic workplace. Manager reviews and feedback never reaches the seniors, and managers get personal if they know you've given negative feedback. Most of the team heads are freinds and family of owner family. It feels like working in a family business. The culture is cult and isn't open to outsiders like the company keeps promoting in public. Promotions and appraisals are given to favourites and not as per value provided. Worst mistake of my career.

Pros

Generally the people that are hired to work at WeWork are great. Leadership is questionable and very often people are not prepared or qualified for their roles, but they are mostly good people that are enjoyable to work with.

Cons

This has been such a disappointing place to work. Everything that WeWork claims to be about, it’s actually the opposite. The culture is competitive, leaders are only looking out for themselves, and the politics are endless. The company focus constantly changes, so no one knows what they are doing and the day to day is insanely reactive. They lose so many great people because no one in leadership actually cares to invest their time in making their teams feel valued. If you have integrity, an opinion, and/or believe in doing the right thing - skip this. The leadership here is wildly threatened by people who speak the truth and poke holes (especially if you’re a woman). They simply don’t want to hear it.
