Pros

The company is good at changing direction when things go wrong which is great. Coffee, tea, and other drinks always around.

Cons

Base pay is lower than the industry standard. Good luck getting any insight on what the band of pay is as if it’s a big secret. A lack of transparency within the entire organization. A complete imbalance within leadership of women and people of color. Not sure what’s being done about it but it would be interesting to see a change from the point of view of people that are 1. Not white 2. Not male
