Pros

High growth company, everyone wants you to succeed and will support on your path to promotions and growth. You get great benefits (insurance, health/wellness, days off, 401K match) for all full-time employees. You get to work in beautiful office spaces with great colleagues who make showing up to work every day worth it. Freedom and support each day to create your own work and create a real impact in members and fellow employees. You feel heard and loved.

Cons

You are underpaid for the work you do. Classic startup company where there is a little bit of confusion with the true direction of the company at times. There is a true lapse in valuable communication that is given to employee's and you feel left out of the loop on important information.

Not a serious place to work if you value your career

Pros

Great intro to learning office politics and how cronyism works - great insight to how a company only concerned about financials works.

Cons

No professional or personal growth unless you like to play politics. They use Lattice reviews but won't advance you based on good results unless you're liked by upper management - on the other hand they will use this as a tool to fire you. There will be limited, if any 1:1's in this company unless you actively pursue them- massive groups of teams working in silo with no qualified leadership or meaningful direction. Good Old Boys Club - they just send mgmt from the US to Europe and other work regions to "lead." Misogynistic culture - the only women that are in Leadership are Community, Design and sometimes Sales - no hard skill leadership positions for women. T

Worst. Experience. Ever

Pros

I traveled so much I got status at two different hotel and airline chains; I learned some new skills I didn't know I wanted or needed; It ended

Cons

It was the most game of thrones, political organization I have ever been a part of. The only solution to being a diverse, equitable, or inclusive place was to talk about recruiting low-level, junior positions at HBCU (also, they never even did the actual recruitment). I was required to work 70+ hours and drop whatever I was doing for the cult of the company (sometimes traveling thousands of miles because someone was sick). This company tries to fire 20% of the staff every 6 months and dislikes any previous experience. This may be the single worst company I have ever worked for and it put my health and relationships at risk. But it's okay. They have fruit water.
