Pros

WeWork is a community obsessed company! Throughout my interview and onboarding process, I felt welcomed by my team and peers. My recruiter Sal did a great job of giving me clarity on WeWork's culture and mission. He was transparent throughout my process and had an infectious enthusiasm! There are so many great people like Sal at WeWork. The community obsession runs deep here!

Cons

No commuter buses that pick you up from your neighborhood. This would be a nice perk!

Growing very fast, a lot of disorganized change

Pros

Flexible work schedule, access to all WeWork locations, benefits are pretty good

Cons

Change happens very quickly and without much preparation or thought. Sometimes decisions are made and then reversed. Seen several people get pushed aside as someone new is hired above them and they are slowly forced to leave. There's also a lot of nepotism. Culture is massively depreciating.
