Pros

Fast pace, ever evolving role. The company supports growth & encourages one developing their role within the company. The learning platform is incredible. The people & perks are great.

Cons

The one con is it's a bit like you become an expert in a limited role, less creative than past jobs. This is to streamline the incredibly fast programmes. You need to extend yourself to get the most out of it.

Pros

Nice pay & benefits, scenery

Cons

Management is very poor. 515 N State Specifically is very out of order. They care too much about being liked and getting into their employee’s personal lives and business(which is NONE of theirs) than getting the actual work done. Bonuses are being giving monthly walk throughs and the building is disgusting. Deep cleans don’t get done from night shift. The location is BAD

Cons

Long work days within community, pay is below market value (at the moment), buildings could be staffed better
