Pros

Flexible work arrangement, get to join events, alongside some free food on certain days when events are held. Staff benefits do pretty well. Allows remote working too. If you like company events, the summer camp and annual summit will excite you.

Cons

Lots of hustling - not meant for those who want a stable 9-6 job. TGIM occurs after office hours on Monday (though not compulsory there is a pressure to attend) If you don’t like summer camp, you might not enjoy it as you need a good reason not to attend it. Management seems to be following goals set by upper management without much questioning, even if there are some concerns on overspending. Opening locations on schedule seems to be more important than any sort of corporate compliance.

You'd certainly have a good time at the company parties.

Cons

Not an ideal place for people of color due to the lack of diversity, biases, and poor management that does not understand how to interact with difficult cultures.
