Ehhhhh, look past the shiny lights and cool branding

Pros

This company is a great company to work for in theory. It is a fast growing start up with cool branding, free swag and a ton of events. However, it is all just for show, once you get past the bright shiny lights, things are not as they seem.

Cons

No management structure what so ever, no direction. ZERO focus on advancing employees careers. The company just pours Kool-Aid from the top and all of the employees are expected to chug and buy into the BS. People are very fake here, it is the type of place where work will consume your life, your social media feed, and everything you ever talk about. After working here you will notice that it is more like a cult then a healthy work culture.
