      Takes a while to grow if you are not from the people who have been there before 2019

      Diversity, casual atmosphere, and great offices

      Cons

      There is bureaucracy in some teams and managers who use their authority to micromanage even if you excel at what you do. Takes long to get promoted, not sure if it’s due to COVID or not. Some essential teams are not noticed or valued.

      Great team, not-so-great company

      Pros

      The team I worked with, the Global Support team, was full of amazing colleagues. My immediate manager was incredible and really cared about me as a person and a professional.

      Cons

      Once you get up above my manager's manager, leadership didn't seem to care about how their employees experiences aligned with the external marketing that the company shows. Essentially, I relocated during the pandemic and was let go because I wasn't near the HQ location. My new location was close to a location where other corporate employees were based and WeWork literally makes it so companies can have a distributed workforce, but they weren't willing to let me relocated to another corporate base.

      Pros

      Nice space. Lots of opportunity to learn from all of the incompetence you'll be surrounded by for 10 hours/day, 5-6 days/week.

      Cons

      Pay sucks. Hours suck. You're surrounded by incompetence. Benefits aren't great. PTO is pretty sh!t. The culture is awful. Equity is worthless. The people are just terrible - FAKE, trendy, entitled Chads and Karens in every direction. Feck Mondays. Just let people have that.
