      -Challenging work that will keep your interested and constantly learning. - Access to WeWork locations all over the world. - lots of opportunity for growth - Opportunity to work with creative and innovative individuals. - flexible vaca - various company events and happy hours - Great networking opportunities with WeWork members.

      Cons

      - Considering that WeWork is still a startup things are constantly changing. - Because WeWork is so decentralized communication can be an issue at times.

      Pros

      Interesting & challenging new projects always coming down the pipeline. Nice offices and free coffee. If you find the right people you can learn a lot but there are a lot of the wrong people here too.

      Cons

      Me > We culture. Very top down mentality. Co-founders & C-Suites don't really care about employees. We are sort of just test subjects for the business in terms of the constant reorgs, firing of people left & right (WeFire) and random buying of companies or mandates handed down (read the news).
