Pros

Employees receive excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, generous vacation and sick time, far above industry standard maternity leave, along with catered breakfasts and lunches, alcohol, numerous parties and weekly events, discounts at awesome partners like Uber and Equinox, and annual Summer Camp!

Cons

The contempt with which employees are treated is staggering. No amount of benefits and salary can make up for the fear every employee faces each day that their jobs are on the line each minute, that any slip-up can be considered a last-strike, and that managers are actively searching for how to weed-out and replace team members. The top performing employee for a year straight in every regard is just a day away from unemployment, and every email and interaction has to be carefully navigated to ensure toes are not stepped on, as sensitive supervisors are swift and unforgiving in their discipline. Growth is also next to nonexistent, regardless of how well you play the politics and games. Sadly, the company has scaled so rapidly that necessary processes and values have fallen by the wayside, along with respect for clients and employees, most of whom are seen as disposable. The loyal employees who've seen years at WeWork lament most the loss of a culture that was once second-to-none, and hope for a return to the company we used to know, which treasured its workforce.

Pros

- You are empowered to make decisions and choose your own goals/tasks - Every day you meet so many amazing entrepreneurs as well as continuously build these relationships - Inspiring and fun meetings, all-hands & trips (Summer Camp & Summit) - Great support system! Everyone truly cares for your well-being and become family

Cons

- Needs 401k matching - Community Associates should get paid more - Community Associates may be a little too empowered that we sometimes perform at a Community Lead level but don't get compensated for it
