Pros

free food sometimes - not much else other Than: It’s so disorganized I can show up super late and no one notices

Cons

One of the worst experiences I have ever had professionally- looking to leave ASAP Horrendous hours Immature colleagues and leadership Investors and candidates beware - full of crap, big talk with nothing to show other than many locations with fake financials Terrible environment- sit super close to colleagues in what’s supposed to be a flexible space, but yelled at for working in common areas No respect for candidates- recent interviews, people didn’t show up and left candidate alone with no explanation for 30min. Then, stood up 2 candidates because “so busy”

Pros

Most people are wonderful to work with (“most”) and great building vibe. you can be initiative as long as your manager is supportive

Cons

Make sure you suck up to your manager and become close to them. If not, you won’t even be able to drink the beer before 6pm
